It is highly recommend that everyone TURN OFF their Wii Connect 24. I actually had the (inconvenient) experience of having the Wii network card get hot enough to damage the Wii GPU (graphics card). This resulted in irreparable and annoying black/white pixelation. This hardware flaw is not officially recognized by Nintendo, but is a common issue, please see this site for more information.

Disabling Wii Connect 24 will prevent your Wii from the above-referenced damage. Please do not chalk this up to internet rumor – the overheating issue exists, and it makes the Wii almost unplayable. So today, I feel like crap… again… I’ve even had 2 professors ask me if I was feeling ok, which was a first for me since I’ve been in college… The worst part about it is that I have a speech that I have to do tomorrow, as well as a test… sigh… So now you are asking why I am blogging? Because I can’t focus!!! GRRR!!!! … sigh again…

Well, anyways, I’ve spent a few days over the past weeks making the following… so check it out!

Oh, and BTW…. the weather here is terrible! It was 32 degrees when I woke up and went to my 8am, and it never got over 55…. yes… fall is here again, and winter is approaching faster than ever…
