Monday, July 27th, 2009Today’s Crossfit workout was:
“Cindy”
Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
I completed 11 rounds plus 5 pull-ups and 5 push-ups, with 50 lbs counterweight on pull-ups and after 5 rounds I started doing incline push-ups.
My arms feel like they could deflect bullets, but I can barely move them and lift anything right now…. haha
