With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
I was going to scale down to:
With a continuously running clock do one 45 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 45 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 45 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Instead, I ended up learning how to do “Cleans” and “Jerks” with 25 pounds. I did end up sweating a bit, which is saying a lot since I don’t really sweat, so it was something… I’ll have to work on it more once I get less sore… whenever that will be…
