Wednesday, July 29th, 2009Today’s Crossfit workout was:
Run 10 K
We ran, well some of it, just over 5K (3.3 miles) and I’m not sure in what time…
Tomorrow is rest day and then I might be taking a rotation, or few, off due to this awkwardness of me not being able to bend my arms past 90 degrees… haha
