So the year and semester have started off pretty well… all my classes seem like they will be good! I like most of my professors so far, though I was late to Western Civ on the first day :-\ oops… That was due to me writing down the wrong room number.

My oldest brother is still in Iraq, but he is doing well. We have been emailing back and forth when we can… speaking of, I was in the middle of a decently long email to him yesterday and my computer stopped working, then I come to find out that my email client no longer works and I have lost all the emails that were saved on my computer, but also the saved drafts of my email to him…. not happy…

Got that fixed, but I have decided that I’m just going to use Gmail’s webclient from now on, maybe I can get that to work how I want it if I actually use it….

Been hanging out with new friends or old friends more, which has  been nice. The onset of this has probably been me trying to compensate for the fact that Trevor is gone and now I’m alone in my room. Being alone in the room isn’t necessarily a bad thing, I just kinda wish Trevor and I had been able to room together for longer. Oh well… Whitney and Paul have been incorporated into our lunch/dinner group and we’ve hung out with Stacey and her roommate, Jessica, which has been a lot of fun!  I’m hoping that tomorrow (Friday) night we can have movie night and watch Dr. Strangelove We shall see…

Well I should head to bed… gotta get up in 7 1/2 hours….  I’ll try to update again sooner than later
